Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the circumstances under which MagHype (“we,” “us,” or “our”) may issue refunds for digital website services and related products.
By purchasing any service or product from MagHype, you (“the Client”) agree to this Policy as part of our Terms and Conditions.
MagHype provides custom-built digital services and products. Due to the personalized and digital nature of these products, refunds are limited and subject to strict eligibility conditions as described below.

2. Nature of Our Services

All MagHype products are custom digital services, including website design, setup, and branding. Each website is built according to the Client’s submitted information through our official intake form submitted after purchase, which outlines goals, preferences, and functional requirements.
This form serves as the foundation of the contractual agreement. By submitting it, the Client acknowledges that MagHype’s work will be evaluated according to the answers and materials provided within that form.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available only in the following circumstance:The Client has not yet submitted the intake form and submits a cancellation request to [email protected] within 24 hours of purchase. If both conditions are met, a full refund will be issued within 2 business days to the original payment method.No other refund cases exist under any circumstances. If the delivered work does not reflect the objective specifications provided in the intake form, MagHype will apply the revision rounds provided in the Client's package to resolve the issue.
Each revision round must be submitted as one consolidated list of changes. Once all included revision rounds have been used, the project is considered complete regardless of approval status.
No monetary compensation will be provided under any circumstances.

4. Revision Limits and Quality Assurance

Each package includes the following revision rounds:QuickTrust: 1 revision round
Magnet: 3 revision rounds
Empire: Unlimited revision rounds within the scope confirmed in writing after the strategy call
Revisions refer to structured rounds of updates within the original agreed scope only. Changes outside the original scope are quoted separately. Any additional revisions beyond those included must be agreed in writing and quoted separately.

5. Maintenance and After-Launch Period

Each package includes the following post-launch support period:QuickTrust: 1 month
Magnet: 2 months
Empire: 3 months
Post-launch support covers minor technical fixes and questions related to the delivered project. After the support period ends, additional support is available upon request and must be agreed in writing and quoted separately. No automatic charges apply after the support period ends.

6. Exemptions (Non-Refundable Circumstances)

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
The Client changes their mind or decides not to use the website after the intake form has been submitted.
The dissatisfaction arises from personal taste or aesthetic preference rather than service quality.
The Client fails to provide content, feedback, or information required to complete the project.
The Client breaches the Terms and Conditions or requests features outside the purchased package scope.
Refunds will not be issued for any delays or non-delivery caused by the Client's failure to submit the intake form after payment. The intake form must be submitted within 5 days of purchase. After 5 days without form submission, the order expires and no refund is issued.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 3, the Client must email [email protected] within 24 hours of purchase. The request must include the order confirmation number, package name, and confirmation that the intake form has not yet been submitted. All requests are reviewed within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

8. Outcome and Resolution

If the request meets the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 3, a full refund will be issued within 2 business days. Funds may take 5-10 business days to appear depending on the Client's bank.
If MagHype determines that the request does not meet the eligibility criteria, no refund will be issued and the project will proceed.

9. Legal Role of the Client Form

The intake form submitted by the Client after purchase holds contractual significance.
It defines the service scope and acts as the baseline for quality evaluation.
By submitting this form, the Client acknowledges that the design, structure, and delivery will be executed according to their responses.
Any elements not specified in the form will be handled at MagHype's professional creative judgment and cannot be disputed.

10. Policy Updates

MagHype reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting on our official website or its subdomain (e.g., refund.maghype.com).
Clients are responsible for reviewing this Policy periodically to remain informed of any changes.
