Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the circumstances under which MagHype (“we,” “us,” or “our”) may issue refunds for digital website services and related products.
By purchasing any service or product from MagHype, you (“the Client”) agree to this Policy as part of our Terms and Conditions.
MagHype provides custom-built digital website services, brand setup tools, and maintenance support. Due to the personalized and digital nature of these products, refunds are limited and subject to strict eligibility conditions as described below.

2. Nature of Our Services

All MagHype products are custom digital services, including website design, setup, and branding. Each website is built according to the Client’s submitted information through our official pre-checkout form, which outlines goals, preferences, and functional requirements.
This form serves as the foundation of the contractual agreement. By completing it, the Client acknowledges that MagHype’s work will be evaluated according to the answers and materials provided within that form.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available only in the following specific cases:

3.1. First Draft Quality Clause

If, after reviewing the first delivered draft, the Client determines that the work is substantially below acceptable professional standards and does not reflect the key elements specified in their pre-checkout form, the Client may request a partial refund.
To qualify:
The request must be made within 5 calendar days of receiving the first draft.
The Client must clearly outline which promised aspects were not met.
Refunds are not granted for aesthetic preferences, minor subjective differences, or misunderstanding of service scope.
If the claim is validated, MagHype may, at its discretion, issue a partial refund of up to 50% of the total amount paid.

4. Revision Limits and Quality Assurance

Each package includes a specific number of full revision rounds, as defined below:
QuickTrust (LightKit): 1 full revision round.
Magnet: 3 full revision rounds.
Empire: Unlimited revision rounds until the Client confirms satisfaction.
Revisions refer to structured rounds of requested updates after the initial delivery. Any additional changes beyond these limits, or post-approval alterations, are subject to extra fees.

5. Maintenance and After-Launch Period

Each MagHype package includes one complimentary month of After-Launch Maintenance, which covers hosting, updates, and basic technical support.
After this period, maintenance renews automatically at $99 per month, unless canceled.
Maintenance payments are non-refundable once the service month has started.

6. Exemptions (Non-Refundable Circumstances)

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
The Client changes their mind or decides not to use the website after work has begun.
The dissatisfaction arises from personal taste or aesthetic preference rather than service quality.
The Client fails to provide content, feedback, or information required to complete the project.
The Client breaches the Terms and Conditions or requests features outside the purchased package scope.
Maintenance fees or domain registration costs once initiated.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, Clients must:

Include their order number, package name, and detailed explanation of the issue.
Provide evidence (e.g., screenshots or comparison to the original pre-checkout form) showing the deviation from agreed scope.
All refund requests are reviewed manually by MagHype’s quality and compliance team within 10 business days.

8. Outcome and Resolution

If MagHype confirms a legitimate service fault:
A partial refund or corrective redesign may be offered.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Refund decisions are final and non-negotiable once approved or declined.
If MagHype determines that the website meets the specifications from the form and package description, no refund will be issued.

9. Legal Role of the Client Form

The pre-checkout questionnaire or order form completed by the Client before purchase holds contractual significance.
It defines the service scope and acts as the baseline for quality evaluation and refund decisions.
By submitting this form, the Client acknowledges that the design, structure, and delivery will be executed according to their responses.

10. Policy Updates

MagHype reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting on our official website or its subdomain (e.g., terms.maghype.com/refund-policy).
Clients are responsible for reviewing this Policy periodically to remain informed of any changes.
